Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions:
Blend together in an enormous bowl, the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Separately beat egg, milk, butter that has melted and vanilla extract.
Combine dry ingredients with wet ones; stir to moisten. Careful not to overspend energy while making it and avoid total homogeneity; allow for some lumps
Put blueberries into the preparation gently.
Grease lightly a griddle or skillet then heat over moderate fire.
Prepare each pancake by pouring 1/4 cup of batter over the griddle. Let cook until bubbles form on the surface then flip until golden brown on both sides.
If you want, serve hot along with maple syrup and more blueberries on top.
