Veggie Omelette

A Veggie Omelette is a very delicious dish filled with various colorful vegetables and creamy eggs, which gives you the opportunity to savor the flavor. This Veggie Omelette can be enjoyed as a nutritious breakfast or brunch or even a light dinner; it brings together different flavors of vegetables as well as fluffy eggs made just right in one dish.

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1/4 cup diced bell peppers

1/4 cup diced onions

1/4 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup shredded cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray

Instructions:

Beat the eggs in a bowl.

Sea salt and pepper.

Cooking spray should be sprayed on a non-stick skillet which is then set over medium heat.

Slice bell peppers, onions and tomatoes into the skillet and cook until they start to soften slightly for about 2-3 minutes.

In a frypan full of vegetables pour beaten up eggs and allow it to sit exposed on the stove for 1-2 minutes or when edges become solidified.

The top of the omelette should have cheese powder sprinkled all over it before using an egg turner to fold it in half.

Cook until cheese melts, around 1-2 more minutes while eggs are done completely.

Transfer your omelette to a plate and serve it hot. For breakfast enjoy delightful vegetable omelette!
