Ingredients:
1 pound fettuccine pasta
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Follow package directions when preparing fettuccine pasta. Drain and then set aside.
Heat a little olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper before adding them to the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until done through. Then remove chicken from pan and set it aside.
In this skillet, add minced garlic and sautéed it for about one minute. Simmer with heavy cream.
