Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (3-4 pounds)
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
The oven should be preheated to 400°F (200°C).
In a little bowl, mix the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt together with black pepper.
