Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup grapes, halved
1 mango, peeled and diced
1 orange, peeled and segmented
1 banana, sliced
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
Instructions:
In a large Bowl, mix the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, mango, peeled and cut into wedges oranges, and sliced bananas.
Pour the honey over the fruit and carefully mix so that the fruit is coated with the honey.
As a final step add the chopped mint leaves on the top of the fruits.
Serving as they are or re-frigirate up-to 2 hours to allow intermingling of the flavors.
