Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup walnut halves
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup dried grapes
4 cups mixed salad greens
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a big frying pan over medium heat. Turn pink and opaque; put shrimps and leave for 2-3 minutes on each side. Take off the heat, set aside.
On medium heat, toast walnut halves in the same frying pan for about 3-4 minutes until they start smelling nice. Remove from heat, let them cool slightly.
Take a bowl enough to hold all the ingredients of the salad like shrimps, walnuts, olives, dried grapes and green leaf vegetables.
Toss to combine salad with honey and season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Finish with garnishing lemon wedges after putting your salad into plates.
