Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of dried parsley
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 cup of melted butter
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a little bowl, mix together grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried parsley and salt.
Gently roll the puff pastry on a dusted surface and brush the melted butter on across the entire sheet.
Sprinkle this mixture over it gently pressing into dough but not much.
Cut the puff pastry into 1 inch strips using either knife or pizza cutter
Twist each strip several times and put them inside an earlier prepared baking sheet leaving some space between each twist.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes till they turn golden brown and become crispy.
Cool slightly before serving. Have these crispy twists as a good dessert; salty at the same time!
