Peanut Butter Pie Bites

Ingredients:

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions:

Combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl.

Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to roll small balls of the peanut butter mix onto it.

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds at intervals until smooth when stirred well.

Ensure each ball of peanut butter is dipped evenly into the melted chocolate mixture.

Return the chocolate-covered peanut butter balls back on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Keep pie bites in refrigerator for minimum 30 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
