Ingredients:
1 bunch of fresh asparagus spears
12 slices of bacon
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions:
Set the oven to a temperature of 400°F (200°C).
Trim and wash off the tips of asparagus stalks.
Put salt, pepper and some olive oil on asparagus.
Split the spears into twelve bundles of equal size.
The bacon should be wrapped around each spear with the first end being at the bottom.
Take a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it and place your bacon-wrapped asparagus onto it.
Cook this in pre-heated oven at about 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crispy and asparagus is tender-firm.
Eat them while still hot.
