Baked Brie with Honey and Pecans

Ingredients:

1 wheel of Brie cheese

1/4 cup chopped pecans

2 tablespoons honey

Crackers or slices of baguette, for serving

Instructions:

Pre-heat an oven to 350°F (180°C).

Place a wheel of Brie on a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper.

Score the top rind of the Brie using a sharp knife in a crisscross pattern.

Sprinkle over with chopped pecans.

Drizzle some honey over the pecans.

Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until cheese softens and becomes gooey, in the pre-heated oven.

Take out from oven Baked Brie and leave it to cool for few minutes.

Serve with crackers or slices of baguette for dipping. Enjoy!
