Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish
3 slices of your favorite bread, toasted and cut into triangle pieces
Instructions:
Peel hard-cooked eggs and cut them in halves lengthwise. Separate the yolks carefully into a dish.
Mash using a fork along with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Spoon it evenly over the egg whites which have been emptied of their yolks.
Add a pinch of paprika to each egg’s top for garnishing.
To serve, arrange stuffed eggs on plate with triangular toast sections for dipping. Enjoy!
