Ingredients:
1 loaf of bread (preferably brioche or challah)
1 stick of unsalted butter, softened
1 jar of caviar (such as sturgeon or salmon roe)
1 tablespoon of honey
Sea salt, to taste
Fresh chives, finely chopped
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice and lay bread between a sheet of paper.
Toast in Moderate oven for 10-15 minutes until browned and crisp
In a small bowl, mix softened butter with honey until well blended.
Remove the toasted slices and spread with an ample amount of this sweetened butter mixture on all the slices.
