Ingredients:
4 cups water
4 green tea bags
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup honey
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Measure water into medium saucepan; heat it to a boil. Soup should be taken off from the heat and green tea bags should be added to this soup. Let the tea to steep for about five minutes.
While the bread is toasting simply place the strawberries and mint leaves into a pitcher and ‘muddle’ them with a muddler or the back of a spoon.
Take the tea bags out of the saucepan and let the tea flow over the muddled strawberries and mint in the pitcher.
Stir the honey until it melts in the tea and allows it to steep a little more.
Place the tea in the refrigerator until it gets cold, for about an hour.
To serve pour the chilled tea over ice cubes in glasses.
