Ingredients:

2 pork chops

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup frozen peas

1 teaspoon thyme

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions:

Preheat your broiler to 375°F (190°C).

Season the pork slashes with salt and pepper on the two sides.

In an enormous stove safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high intensity. Singe the pork slashes for 2-3 minutes on each side until carmelized.

Eliminate the pork slashes from the skillet and put them away.

In a similar skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until relaxed.

Add the chicken stock, frozen peas, thyme, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the skillet. Mix to consolidate.

Return the pork slashes to the skillet, nestling them into the pea blend.

Cover the skillet with a top or thwart and prepare in the preheated stove for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork slashes are cooked through.
