Spaghetti Bolognese

Savor Italy with Spaghetti Bolognese, an all-time favorite that is all about the classic savoury taste and warmth. This dish entails pasta in form of spaghetti that has been cooked to the right point and seasoned with thick and rich meat gravy. The sauce is a ground beef compounded with onions, garlic, tomatoes, and a pinch of red wine for that rich taste after overlaying the meat over considerable heat. The top of it is garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley; every spoonful contains both the tender pasta and the great tasting meat sauce. Regardless of whether for a small family dinner or an informal party Spaghetti Bolognese is likely to be rather appreciated by its audience due to its rather intense taste and general popularity.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 can of crushed tomatoes

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 lb spaghetti noodles

Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until it has browned. Once fully cooked, it can be freed from the remainder of the fat.

Place the chopped onion and minced garlic into the skillet and sauté for several minutes until tender and lightly golden.

Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt and pepper into this mixture. Lower heat and let the beef stew continue to cook for 20-30 minutes with occasional stirring.

As the sauce is cooking, prepare spaghetti according to the package’s instructions and cook to al dente. undefined

Place the spaghetti in a plate and add on top the bolognese sauce, then garnish with Parmesan cheese.
