Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti
1/4 cup olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Boil pasta in salted water until it soft but still a bit firm in the center. Drain and set aside.
