Hungarian Goulash Soup

Ingredients:

2 pounds beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 onions, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons paprika

1 teaspoon caraway seeds

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups beef broth

1 can diced tomatoes

2 large potatoes, diced

1 bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup sour cream

Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat the Dutch stove and pour in the vegetable oil. Turn the intensity on to medium-high and let the oil get hot. Presently, add the meat shapes and cook until they have carmelized on all sides, for around 5 minutes.
Add the chopped onions and cook them over medium heat until they are soft, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic, paprika, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper brought the dish to a more fragrant level of the cooking process. Cook for
another minute until it smells good.
That’s right, pour the beef broth and diced tomatoes into the pot, making sure to stir them up well. Once the adherence of the tomatoes and
broth, the mixture should be combined. Bring to a boil and drop the heat to a very low level, cover it and let it simmer for 1.5 hours. The meat should be soft and
well cooked according to the time.
Put the potatoes and bell pepper and try cooking for another 30 minutes,
or until the vegetables are tough.
Your food might need some change of flavor or you may not have enough salt
and pepper. You can garnish the Hungarian Goulash with a dollop of sour cream and some chopped parsley, if that’s your preference. However, you have your traditional hungarian lunch!
