Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti
4 oz pancetta, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add pancetta and cook until crispy Add minced garlic and sweat for another minute.
In a different bowl, beat the eggs and mix with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
