Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:

1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined

8 oz of spaghetti

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1/4 cup of butter

1/4 cup of white wine

1/4 cup of chicken broth

1/4 cup of heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Parmesan cheese, for garnish

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

Put the spaghetti to boil according to the instructions on the packet then drain.

In a big frying pan, melt butter on medium heat. Add chopped garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until it starts smelling good.

Now put in shrimps in the frying pan and turn them on both sides till they become pink and cooked through. Remove them from the pan.

Scraping bits from bottom of pan, deglaze with white wine. Allow the wine to cook off for 2-3 minutes.

Into a skillet, pour chicken broth and heavy cream stirring gently. Let mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes becoming slightly thickened.

And once again put already boiled spaghetti and shrimp back into a skillet while mixing everything together with sauce, coat it well. Add salt and pepper as you require it
