In a bowl, combine yogurt cheese, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped fresh dill or mint leaves , salt and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce. Mix well and taste to see if it needs any adjustments in seasoning.

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
4 pita bread
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 tomato, diced
1 cucumber, diced
Feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
Combine garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary and oregano in a bowl. Add chicken strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Over medium-high heat, heat up the skillet and cook the chicken strips until completely cooked – this should take 5-7 mins.
Warm pita bread in skillet or microwave.
Make gyros by putting chicken strips on top of pita bread then adding tomato cucumber, feta cheese sprinkling red onion and drizzling tzatziki sauce over them.
